[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 6462A\n Manx Financial Group PLC\n 03 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE \n \n \n 3 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Manx Financial Group PLC (the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Result of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\" or \"Meeting\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Amendment to Dividend Declaration\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company is pleased to announce that at the AGM held yesterday, Resolutions 1,2,3,4 and 7 tabled were duly passed.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Resolutions 5 and 6 were withdrawn, however, and not put to the Meeting because of a typographical error contained in the Notice of AGM. These Resolutions related to the payment of a dividend, its quantum, and the right to elect to receive ordinary shares instead of the whole or some part of all and any dividend under the Company's Dividend Scheme.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Accordingly, the Company will shortly convene a further General Meeting at which Resolutions 5 and 6 (as amended) will be tabled for shareholder approval.
