[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2314M Manx Financial Group PLC 19 May 2010 \n \n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 19th May 2010 \n \n \nManx Financial Group PLC (the 'Company')\n \nDirector's Share Dealing\n \nThe Company was informed on 19th May 2010 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on trust for Mr Arron Banks, Director of the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 9.25p per share on 17th May 2010 and 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 9.00p per share on 19th May 2010. As a result of these purchases the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on trust for Mr Banks is 175,000 representing 0.28% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.\n \nMr Banks is also beneficially interested in 51 per cent of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Ltd. The total Ordinary Shares held in the Company by STM Fidecs Nominees Ltd on trust for Rock Holdings Ltd is 5,278,645 representing 8.32% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. \n \nIn addition, Mr Banks is beneficially interested in 37.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd. STM Fidecs Nominees Ltd holds 2,611,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd representing 4.12% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
