[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9953V Conister Financial Group plc 04 June 2008 \n \n\n\n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 4 June 2008 \n\n\nConister Financial Group plc (the 'Company')\n\nDirectors Share Dealing \n\n\n\nThe Company was informed on 3 June 2008 that STM Fidecs Nominees Limited, on trust for Rock Holdings\nLimited, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (the 'Ordinary Shares') at 71.5p per\nshare and 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 72p per share, on 3 June 2008.\n\nFollowing this transaction the total Ordinary Shares held by STM Fidecs Nominees Limited on trust for Rock Holdings\nLimited is now 7,163,645 representing 14.12 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Arron F A Banks, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, is beneficially interested in 51 per cent. of the issued\nshare capital of Rock Holdings Limited. \n\nMr Arron FA Banks is also beneficially interested in 37.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Southern Rock\nInsurance Company Limited which holds 215,000 Ordinary Shares in its own name, with an additional 396,000 Ordinary Shares held by STM Fidecs Nominees Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited. The\nggregate of these holdings 611,000 Ordinary Shares represents 1.20 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the\nCompany.\n\nThe total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Arron F A Banks has a beneficial interest in is 7,774,645 representing 15.32 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor further information, please contact:\n\n\n\n...
