In that announcement the purchase of 50,000 shares on 14 October 2008 at 40p on behalf of Arron Banks was purchased by 'Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited' rather than 'Rene Nominees Ltd'.\n\n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 24 October 2008\n\n\nConister Financial Group plc (the 'Company')\n\nDirector's Share Dealing\n\n\nThe Company was informed on 15th October 2008 that Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited on trust for Mr Arron F A Banks, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 40p per share on 14th October 2008. A further 100,000 shares were bought by Mr Banks on 16th October 2008 at a price of 45p per share through Rene Nominees (I.O.M) Ltd. As a result his total holding with Rene Nominees is 125,000 shares.\n\nIn addition Mr Jim Mellon, Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company in his own name at 40p per share on 14th October 2008 and a further 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company in his own name at 46.78p per share on 15th October 2008.\n\nMr Arron F A Banks is also beneficially interested in 51 per cent of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Limited. The total Ordinary Shares held by STM Fidecs Nominees Limited on trust for Rock Holdings Limited is 7,278,645 representing 11.48% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. \n\nIn addition Mr Arron F A Banks is beneficially interested in 37.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited. STM Fidecs Nominees Limited holds on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited 661,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.04% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.\n\nThe to...
