[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8899Q Manx Financial Group PLC 23 June 2015 \n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 23 June 2015\n \n \nManx Financial Group PLC: \nConister Bank Limited to appoint new Chairman \n \n \nThe board of Manx Financial Group plc (the \"Group\") announces that the Chairman of Conister Bank Limited (\"Conister\") and Group non-executive director, Don McCrickard, has informed the board that he intends to retire on 30 June 2015, corresponding with the conclusion of the Group's half year. Mr McCrickard has been Chairman of Conister since 2007 and has been an active participant in guiding the company towards its current level of profitability.\n \nNeil Duggan, who joined the board of Conister in December 2014, will be appointed Chairman of Conister and join the Group board with effect from 1 July 2015, subject to the usual regulatory approvals. A further announcement will be made once these are complete.
