Dear Sir,Subject:- Outcomes of the Board Meet ing held on 251h March 2025 - the following Resolution have been passed in this Board meeting.This is to inform you that1) The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25th March 2025 has accepted the Resignation of Shri Jagdish Vinayak Chaudhari from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company2) Approval of Appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Kisan Wagh as Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) of the company.2) Further Resolved t hat the De mat Account of the company with Moneylicious Securities Pvt. Ltd. will be closed.3) Further Resolved that the Current Account No. 10938121200 with State Bank of India MIDC Branch will be Closed.4) Further Resolved that to open the company''s Suspense Escrow Demat Account to complete t he compliances with BSE and ROC.The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company commenced at 5.00 p.m. ( 1ST) and concluded at 6.00 P.M.
