Further to the announcement made by the Company on 2^nd May 2024, Manolete Partners Plc (AIM:MANO) announces that the Board has approved the appointment of Gravita II LLP ('Gravita') as the Company's new external auditor. Gravita, a Top 15 auditor to UK Listed companies, will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("FY24") and a proposal to re-appoint Gravita as auditors of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting in 2024.
