Publication and Posting of Notice of AGM and Annual Report

The Company today announces that it has published its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will take place on 11 June 2026 at 11.00 a.m. at the Company's registered office at 36 Golden Square, London W1F 9EE.

The notice of AGM along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report") can be accessed on the Company's website.

Printed copies of the notice of AGM and the Annual Report are being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies.
