The New Shares have been issued, pursuant to a put option, as consideration for shares the Company's Mobile subsidiary.\nAdmission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 9 October 2017.\n \nThe total number of Ordinary Shares in issue on the date of admission will be 81,242,810. Of this total, 700,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
