These shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options. Admission is expected to become effective on 17 December 2010.\n \nThe total number of Ordinary Shares in issue on the date of admission will be 62,528,402. Of this total, 700,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
