(TSX-V: MTH),\n(the “Company”,\n \n\n\n\n or\n \n\n\n\n “Mammoth”)\n \n\n\n is pleased\n \n\n\n\n to announce the results\nfrom an independent study which identified and confirmed Mammoth’s\ninternal study of the gold-silver target for further exploration\n(“\n \n\n\n\n Exploration\nTarget\n \n\n ”, “Target”) at Mammoth’s 100%\nowned Tenoriba exploration property in the Sierra Madre precious metal\nbelt, Mexico.\n \n\n\n\n The independent study, similar to Mammoth’s internal\nstudy, was performed under the guidelines of National Instrument\n43-101, section 2.3 (2), including the range of the quantity and grade\nof the Exploration Target within the shallow, near-surface mixed\noxidized-sulfide/transition zone mineralized horizon at Tenoriba. The\nstudy was performed by\n \n Edgardo Espinosa Velasco (“Velasco\nstudy”). Richard Simpson, Mammoth’s Qualified-Competent Person\nsummarized the work performed by Mr. Valesco in a report, including\nthe methodology, calculated results, conclusions and recommendations\nfrom this work.\n \n The report is available on Mammoth’s\nwebsite;\n \n\n Projects\n \n\n section, under\n \n\n Technical Reports\n \n\n , and describes the basis\nupon which this Exploration Target has been determined.
