The purpose of this study is to\nguide the design of future drilling to establish an Initial Mineral\nResource Estimate at Mammoth’s 100% owned Tenoriba gold-silver\nexploration property in the Sierra Madre precious metal belt,\nMexico.\n \n \n \n The DHSA was performed by Mr. Fred Brown,\n \n M.Sc., P.Geo.\nof P&E Mining Consultants Inc.
