Michael Ressel and Odin\n \n \n \n Christensen\n \n \n \n of MDA\nAssociates (please refer to the “Qualified Persons” section of\nthis release for Drs. Ressel and Christensen’s experience and\nqualifications). Dr. Ressel reviewed all historic geological data\ngenerated by all prior parties to the exploration at Tenoriba since\n2007, including Mammoth and most recently Centerra Gold, followed by\nfive days on site reviewing the project geology in surface outcrops\nand drill core and shared the findings of this work and collaborated\nwith Dr, Christensen in drawing their collective observations,\nconclusions and recommendations. The\ndiscovery of significant high-sulfidation epithermal deposits (e.g.,\nLos Mulatos, El Sauzal, El Indio) in the early 2000s has spawned new\ninterest in exploration in the SMO.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Features of altered and mineralized\nrocks at Tenoriba are consistent with a high-sulfidation epithermal\nstyle.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Mineralization at Tenoriba occurs in a\ns...
