The results of the voting will be included on the Company's website in due course,\n \n \n www.malverninternational.com\n \n \n .\n \n \n As announced on 4 August 2020, the Board decided to close its Singapore operations which were conducted by three subsidiaries SAA Global Education Centre PTE Ltd, Malvern International Academy Pte Ltd and Malvern International Services Pte Ltd. Following the liquidation of SAA Global Education Centre PTE Ltd on 12 April 2021, this closure process has now been completed following the creditors voluntary liquidations of Malvern International Academy Pte Ltd and Malvern International Services Pte Ltd on 13 April 2022 with deficits of circa SGD $24k and SGD $1.9k respectively. Richard Mace, CEO of the Company, was a director of these three subsidiaries at the time of their liquidations.
