Contract win: London Metropolitan University

Malvern International PLC has secured an exclusive 15-year partnership with London Metropolitan University, commencing September 2026, to expand its international student body through recruitment, education, and support services. This agreement, which includes five-year termination options, will see Malvern deliver undergraduate foundation and pre-master's programs at LMU's Holloway campus. The company anticipates the partnership will be cash flow positive and profitable in its first full academic year ending September 30, 2027, as a significant portion of course fees will be collected in advance. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Malvern's global education market position and contribute to LMU's international student growth. Disclaimer*
