Announces Temporary Suspension of Production at Songjiagou Underground Mine\n\n\n (TheNewswire)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Vancouver, British Columbia –\n \n\n TheNewswire -\n \n\n September 15, 2025 - Majestic Gold\nCorp.\n \n\n (“Majestic” or the “Company”)\n(TSX.V: MJS, FSE: A0BK1D) reports\n \n\n that its\nsafety production permit for the Songjiagou Underground Mine expired\non September 11, 2025. Yantai Zhongjia Mining Co., Ltd. (“Yantai\nZhongjia”), a subsidiary of the  Company, submitted all required\napplication documents to the Shandong Provincial Emergency Management\nDepartment (“Emergency Department”) in August 2025 for renewal of\nthe safety production permit.\n \n\n\n\n To facilitate the application process and in view that\nthe Emergency Department may conduct unannounced safety inspections of\nthe mining area, Yantai Zhongjia voluntarily suspended major\nproduction activities at the Songjiagou Underground Mine effective\nSeptember 1, 2025. This temporary suspension allows for a\ncomprehensive hazard investigation by the Emergency Department and\nensures that Yantai Zhongjia can effectively implement any safety\nrectification measures, if required, in support of the renewal\napplication for the safety production permit.\n \n\n\n\n As at the date of this announcement, Yantai Zhongjia\nhas not yet received the new safety production permit for the\nSongjiagou Underground Mine.\n \n\n Under normal\ncircumstances, the Emergency Department will grant a new safety\nproduction permit before the expiry date, provided the application is\nsubmitted on time. However, due to stricter safety protocols\nimplemented this year, Yantai Zhongjia anticipates receiving the\nrenewed safety production permit by the end of October 2025.\n \n\n\n\n During the interim, Yantai Zhongjia will continue\nprocessing ore previously mined from the Songjiagou Underground Mine.\nOperations at the Songjiagou Open-Pit Mine remain normal and\nunaffected by the safety production permit renewal process.\n \n\n\n\n The Company will issue further announcements regarding\nthe progress of the renewal application process and the resumption of\nproduction activities at the Songjiagou Underground Mine.\n \n\n\n\n About Majestic Gold\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Majestic Gold Corp....
