(“Majestic” or the “Company”)\n \n (TSX.V: MJS, FSE:\nA0BK1D) is pleased to announce that operations at its Denggezhuang\nUnderground Mine (the “DGZ Mine”) in Muping District, Yantai City,\nShandong Province, have resumed following regulatory approval.\n \n\n As disclosed in Majestic’s news release dated July 28, 2025,\nproduction at the DGZ Mine was suspended after a workplace accident\nthat resulted in a fatality. The Emergency Management Department and\nSafety Supervision Administration\n \n (“EMD & SSA”)\n \n ordered the suspension to allow for investigation and\nrectification measures.\n \n\n During the suspension period, the Company and its operating\nsubsidiary, Yantai Mujin Mining Co. Ltd. (“Yantai Mujin”),\nimplemented comprehensive self-inspection and corrective measures in\naccordance with regulatory requirements. Under order of the EMD &\nSSA, the Emergency Management Bureau of Muping District, subsequently\nconducted detailed reviews and inspections of the DGZ Mine.\n \n\n On September 26, 2025, Yantai Mujin received the “Safety Production\nAdministrative Enforcement Document – Rectification Review Opinion\n((Lu Yan Mu) Emergency Review (2025) No. 138)” issued by the\nEmergency Management Bureau, confirming that all required\nrectifications had been completed and granting approval for the DGZ\nMine to resume operations.
