[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9246F Maintel Holdings PLC 31 October 2018 \n\nMaintel Holdings Plc \n(The \"Company\" or the \"Group\") \nResults of the Audit Tender Process\nThe Company announces that, following a competitive tender process for its statutory audit contract led by the Company's Audit & Risk Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of RSM LLP (\"RSM\") as auditor of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019, subject to shareholder approval. A resolution to approve their appointment will be put to shareholders at the Company's AGM in May 2019.
