The option vests and may be exercised from the date of grant. The option expires on 23 December 2019.\n\nMr Todd currently holds 3,544 shares in the Company beneficially, has an existing option over 10,000 shares and is interested in 47,635 shares in his capacity as a trustee of the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan.\n\nIn aggregate, options have been issued over 2.69% of the current issued share capital, with a maximum of a further 1% conditional on Mr Buxton (the Company's Chief Executive) purchasing matching shares in the open market.
