Between 2009 and 2017 she held the position of HR and Transformation Director at SSP Limited, the global software company, where she had the responsibility of leading the global people agenda through multiple corporate events. Prior to SSP Limited, she held senior HR roles at Saint Gobain plc, E.ON AG, and Powergen plc, acquiring significant knowledge of organisational development, employee engagement, remuneration, recruitment and corporate governance.
