[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6941L Maintel Holdings PLC 15 January 2009 \n \nMaintel Holdings plc\n('Maintel' or the 'Company')\n\nAppointment of Chief Executive\n\n\nMaintel is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward ('Eddie') Buxton, age 47, as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from the 2nd February 2009. Eddie joins from Redstone Plc where he was the Managing Director of the Telecoms division. Eddie has worked in telecoms since 1995 including senior roles with Cable and Wireless, NTL and Centrica Telecommunications and will bring an enormous amount of experience to the role.\n\nTim Mason, Chief Executive of Maintel is leaving following Eddie's appointment. Tim has helped Maintel successfully grow since he co-founded it with Angus McCaffery (who is remaining as Sales Director) including leading its AIM listing in 2004 and the Board would like to thank him for his considerable contribution to the business over the years.
