MSCH CEO State of the Union: Public Market Momentum, National Expansion, and Disruptive Growth Platforms

MainStreetChamber of Commerce National Expansion anchors CEO Larry Kozin’s update on MSCH’s public market progress, Apex Diamond, Final Mile Laundry Service, Final Mile Technologies, and entrepreneur-driven growth.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, May 23, 2026MainStreetChamber Holdings, Inc. (OTC: MSCH), a publicly traded holding company focused on acquiring, building, licensing, and scaling business platforms across multiple industries, today announced the release of a CEO State of the Union video address from Larry Kozin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

In the address, Kozin provides shareholders, prospective investors, market participants, entrepreneurs, operators, licensees, and strategic partners with a direct update on MSCH’s public market progress, operating platforms, and long-term growth strategy.

“MainStreetChamber Holdings is moving from foundation-building into execution,” said Larry Kozin, Chairman and CEO of MainStreetChamber Holdings, Inc. “We believe our progress toward 15(c)211 clearance represents an important potential milestone for MSCH. Expanded market maker coverage and improved market visibility can help introduce our company to a broader audience of investors while we continue building real businesses, real brands, and scalable revenue opportunities.”

Apex Diamond

The CEO address highlights the launch of ApexDiamond.co, a disruptive lab-grown diamond and jewelry platform designed to challenge the traditional jewelry retail model with a lower-overhead, licensing-driven structure.

Through Advanced Licensing, a wholly owned subsidiary of MSCH, the company holds the Exclusive Global Licensing Rights tied to the Apex Diamond opportunity. MSCH plans to use this platform to expand distribution, create entrepreneurial opportunities, and build a national and global network of licensees, brokers, and strategic partners.

“Apex Diamond is one of the most exciting opportunities inside the MSCH platform because it combines disruption, licensing, consumer savings, and global scalability,” said John Bellave, Co-Founder of MainStreetChamber of Commerce and General Manager of Advanced Licensing. “The lab-grown diamond industry is changing how consumers buy fine jewelry. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs participate in that disruption while giving consumers access to exceptional value.”

Final Mile Laundry Service

Kozin also addressed the rebranding and reorganization of the company’s laundry platform as Final Mile Laundry Service, repositioned into a simpler and more scalable route-and-dispatch model focused on pickup and delivery of wash-dry-fold laundry services nationwide.

Rather than building a capital-intensive laundromat ownership model, MSCH is focusing on one of the fastest-growing segments of the laundromat industry: customer acquisition, pickup, delivery, routing, dispatching, and local operator support.

Final Mile Technologies

The State of the Union address also highlights the relaunch of Final Mile Technologies, a logistics platform designed for the growing gig economy by helping entrepreneurs with trucks become more efficient, organized, and profitable.

Final Mile Technologies is being positioned to support local delivery, furniture delivery, mattress delivery, installation, routing, dispatching, and other final-mile service opportunities.

“Final Mile Technologies fits perfectly into the modern gig economy,” Kozin said. “There are thousands of motivated entrepreneurs with trucks who need better access to jobs, better routing, better dispatching, and better systems. Our goal is to help them make more money while helping businesses complete deliveries more efficiently.”

MainStreetChamber of Commerce

Kozin also announced the planned national expansion of the MainStreetChamber of Commerce, with a goal of opening more than 1,000 local chapters over the next three to five years across the United States. The organization is also committed to granting 1,000,000 free memberships to entrepreneurs, small business owners, independent contractors, sales professionals, and local business leaders.

Instead of charging entrepreneurs ongoing membership fees or “nickel-and-diming” small businesses, the MainStreetChamber model is built around free membership first. Members receive access to discounts, resources, and business services, while local chapters and MSCH can generate revenue through value-added services including insurance, merchant processing, loans, marketing, business development, and other products and services.

“MainStreetChamber was built around a simple idea: give first, help entrepreneurs save money and make money, and build trust before asking for anything in return,” said John Bellave, Co-Founder of MainStreetChamber of Commerce and General Manager of Advanced Licensing. “By granting free memberships and creating real savings opportunities, each local chapter can become a community business hub while also creating revenue through services that members already need.”

The synergistic strategy includes the acquisition and development of Chamber Insurance Agency and Chamber Financial Services, designed to provide MainStreetChamber members with access to insurance solutions, merchant processing, business loans, and financial services. MSCH believes these operating businesses can become key revenue drivers for local chapters while also creating recurring income opportunities for the public company.

MSCH is also exploring whether MainStreetChamber of Commerce may benefit from a 501(c)(6) structure and potential partnerships with traditional local chambers of commerce, positioning MainStreetChamber as a collaborative national platform rather than a direct competitor.

“Our vision is not to replace local chambers,” Kozin added. “Our vision is to partner with them, support them, and bring additional resources, revenue streams, and member benefits to the small business community. We believe MainStreetChamber can become a national platform that empowers local leaders while creating meaningful value for MSCH shareholders.”

The CEO State of the Union Address is part of MSCH’s broader effort to increase transparency, communicate directly with shareholders, and highlight the company’s growth strategy across public markets, licensing, consumer products, logistics, laundry services, financial services, insurance, and chamber-based local business development.
