Mr. Lam\nwas Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation until March 24, 2008, prior to\nhim being appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Lam\nwill also continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer.\n\n\nMr. Cory Tamagi has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the\nCorporation, effective immediately to pursue other business interests.\n\n\nAbout Mainstreet\n\n\nMainstreet is a Calgary-based, growth-oriented real estate corporation\nfocused on the acquisition, redevelopment, repositioning, asset and property\nmanagement of mid-market apartment buildings.
