A total of 180,384,093 Common Shares or 82.09% of our\n issued and outstanding Common Shares, were voted in connection with the\n annual meeting. Shareholders voted by a show of hands in favour of each\n item of business. Based on proxies received prior to the meeting, each\n director nominee was elected by a substantial majority as follows: \n\n\n\n\n\nScott B. Bonham\n\n\n    \n99.45%\n\n\n\n\nPeter G. Bowie\n\n\n     99.94%\n\n\n\n\nHon. J. Trevor Eyton\n\n\n     98.85%\n\n\n\n\nV. Peter Harder\n\n\n     97.82%\n\n\n\n\nLady Barbara Judge\n\n\n     99.30%\n\n\n\n\nDr. Kurt J. Lauk\n\n\n     99.40%\n\n\n\n\nCynthia A. Niekamp\n\n\n     99.86%\n\n\n\n\nDr. Indira V. Samarasekera\n\n\n     99.87%\n\n\n\n\nDonald J. Walker\n\n\n     99.81%\n\n\n\n\nLawrence D. Worrall\n\n\n     99.82%\n\n\n\n\nWilliam L.
