(TSX: MG, NYSE: MGA) announced voting results from its 2013 annual meeting of shareholders\n held today. A total of 188,720,891 million Common Shares, or 80.6% of\n our issued and outstanding Common Shares, were voted in connection with\n the annual meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of\n business, including election of each director nominee by a substantial\n majority as follows:\n\n\nScott B. Bonham\n\n\n99.5%\n\n\nPeter G. Bowie\n\n\n99.7%\n\n\nHon. J. Trevor Eyton\n\n\n98.1%\n\n\nV. Peter Harder\n\n\n98.1%\n\n\nLady Barbara Judge\n\n\n97.7%\n\n\nKurt J. Lauk\n\n\n99.2%\n\n\nDonald J. Walker\n\n\n99.7%\n\n\nLawrence D. Worrall\n\n\n99.7%\n\n\nWilliam L.
