This was a challenging set of\nnegotiations but both sides recognized Magellan's need to remain competitive\nin the global aerospace market.\nMagellan's Bristol Aerospace workforce in Winnipeg continues on strike\nbut efforts continue to resolve the outstanding issues.\nRemaining competitive means both a competitive workforce and modern\nmanufacturing capabilities.
