This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the Board of Directors, at their meeting held today at the registered office of the Company situated at Plot No. EL/66, TTC Industrial Area, Electronic Zone, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Thane Maharashtra- 400701, considered and approved: 1. Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. 2. Considered and approved the Notice of 16th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') which will be circulated in the due course. Further, please find enclosed herewith the copy of the Un- audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, along with the Limited review report thereon for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, of the Company as approved by the Board of Directors. The meeting commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:15 P.M.
