The integrated logic control provides for a unique state where both RF ports can be placed into simultaneous isolation to create an ‘all off state’. This product provides a typical isolation of 30 dB, insertion loss of 3.3 dB, and fast 28 ns switching speed in a compact, 1.2” x 1.0” x 0.5” housing.\n\n\nThe MASW-011138 is a connectorized 1.0 GHz - 26.5 GHz reflective SPST with an integrated TTL driver operating with +5 VDC and -10 VDC.
