This power amplifier has 22 dB of linear gain and 25dBm P3dB with 17% PAE while biased at 5 V. The product is ideally used as a driver amplifier for applications in the 20 GHz to 45 GHz range.\n\n\nThe MAAM-011291-DIE is a wideband 1 W power amplifier MMIC die with 19 dB of linear gain, 30dBm P3dB and 15% PAE while biased at 5 V.
