Macfarlane Group PLC 14 September 2001 Macfarlane Group PLC 14 September 2001 Macfarlane Group PLC confirms that the ordinary resolution to approve the disposal of the business, assets and certain liabilities of its Plastics Division to Tyco Plastics Limited was unanimously approved at its Extraordinary General Meeting earlier today. Because of the interruption to air travel from the US, the scheduled completion of 14 September 2001 has been delayed until Wednesday 19 September 2001 to allow representatives of Tyco time to travel to the UK for formal completion of the transaction. End
