(\"TSX: MT\")\ntoday announced the appointment of Jean Bazin and Terry Nickerson as directors\nof the Company.\nJean Bazin became a partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1971. He\nwas appointed Queen's Counsel in 1984 and has been President of the Canadian\nBar Association. He was a member of the Senate of Canada and was president of\nthe QuDebec-Japan Business Forum in 1989. Mr. Bazin is a member of the boards\nof directors of Bradley Air Services Inc., Lambert-Somec Inc., Laurentian Bank\nof Canada and the SociDetDe GDenDerale de Financement du QuDebec. Mr. Bazin holds a\nBachelor of Commerce at Laval University and was admitted to the Bar of QuDebec\nin 1965.\nTerry Nickerson has more than 30 years of high technology, financial and\nmanufacturing experience. He was Chief Financial Officer at ATI Technologies\nInc., a manufacturer of 3D graphics equipment and one of Canada's largest\ntechnology companies. Prior to working at ATI, Mr. Nickerson held executive\npositions at Nortel Networks Corporation and IBM Corporation. Mr. Nickerson is\ncurrently a director of Quake Technologies, Inc. and Silicon Storage\nTechnology Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company. He holds a degree in Metallurgical\nEngineering from Queen's University and an MBA from Harvard.\nIn addition to Mr. Bazin and Mr. Nickerson, the Miranda Board of\nDirectors also includes five other members.
