[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\nA Deletion from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index\n\n\nTORONTO, Sept. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - S&P Canadian Index Services will make\n the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:\n\n\nOn September 21, 2012, the shareholders of Andean American Gold Corp.\n (TSXVN:AAG) and Lupaka Gold Corp. (TSX:LPK) approved the previously\n announced business combination whereby Lupaka Gold will acquire Andean\n American Gold. Andean American shareholders will receive 0.245 shares\n of Lupaka Gold for each share held.
