Additionally, the Company announces that the report for the first quarter ended\n \n March 31, 2022\n \n will be published on\n \n Wednesday, April 27, 2022\n \n .\n \n \n The ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the potential for changes in public health guidelines and restrictions respecting large group gatherings make it unclear as to whether it will be safe or permissible for the Meeting to be held in person this year.
