The resolution put to the General Meeting was voted on by way of a poll. To approve the appropriation of profits for the payment of the Distribution and the Company waivers.\n\n\n98,904,886\n\n\n99.997%\n\n\n2,143\n\n\n0.002%\n\n\n404\n\n\n61.51%\n\n\n\n \n \n\n\n\nNOTES:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n1.\n\n\nVotes \"For\" and \"Against\" any resolution are expressed as a percentage of votes validly cast for that resolution.\n \n\n\n\n\n2.\n\n\nA \"Vote withheld\" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentage of shares voted \"For\" or \"Against\" any resolution nor in the calculation of the proportion of \"Total issued share capital instructed\" for any resolution.\n \n\n\n\n\n3.\n\n\nThe number of shares in issue at close of business on 27 February 2019 was 160,800,000 (the \"Share Capital\") and at that time, the Company did not hold any shares in treasury.\n \n\n\n\n\n4.\n\n\nThe proportion of \"Total issued share capital instructed\" for any resolution is the total of votes validly cast for that resolution (i.e. the total votes \"For\" and \"Against\" that resolution) expressed as a percentage of the Share Capital.\n \n\n\n\n\n5.\n\n\nThe full text of the resolution passed at the General Meeting can be found in the Notice of General Meeting which is available on the Company's website at \nwww.luceco.com/investors\n \n\n\n\n\n6.\n\n\nA copy of resolution 1 passed at the General Meeting will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.\n \n\n\n\n\n7.\n\n\nThe complete poll results will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.luceco.com/investors\n \n\n\n\n\n...
