[{"type":"text","content":"Luca Mining Corp. announces Tahuehueto Construction on Schedule \nand Digital Marketing Agreements\n \n \n (NewsDirect)\n \n \n Luca Mining Corp.\n(the “\n \n Company\n \n ” or “\n \n Luca\n \n ,” formerly Altaley\nMining Corp.) is pleased to provide an update on construction progress\nat the Company’s flagship asset, the Tahuehueto Gold Project.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n Company on track to\ndeliver the initial 500 tonnes per day project by 30\n \n th\n \n June\n2023\n \n \n Key elements advancing well, including tailings\nfiltration and dry-stack tailings dam construction.\n \n \n Second\nmill, for 1,000 tonnes per day, also being advanced.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Construction\nUpdate\n \n \n \n The\nCompany defined two steps towards achieving commercial production of\n1,000 tonnes per day (“tpd”), with an initial stage of 500 tpd\nscheduled to complete by June 30\n \n th\n \n , 2023. The final stage\nof 1,000 tpd is expected to be achieved by the end of 2023.\n \n \n The Company is pleased\nto report that the first stage of 500 tpd is nearing completion. The\nremaining key elements are installation of the final components of the\ncomminution circuit (cyclones, pumps etc.); construction of the first\nstage of the tailings dam; installation of a second tailings filter\npress; and completion of the definitive plant water supply.\n \n \n Completion of the\ncomminution circuit is expected by 31st May, in parallel with other\nfinal items such as the crusher building roof in advance of the rainy\nseason.\n \n \n Construction of Stage 1A of the dry-stack tailings dam is\nadvancing well, on both day and night shifts. The underdrain is\ninstalled, and construction of the initial embankment is well\nunderway. This phase of the dam is planned to be completed before the\nend of June. The mine also has additional temporary storage capacity\nwhich is being used to support current pre-production.\n \n \n \n The\nfirst tailings filter press is fully operational, and it is expected\nthat with further optimizations this filter will have a capacity of\nalmost 500 tpd alone. The second (backup) filter press has been\nacquired and arrangements are underway to transport the unit to site.\nMeanwhile construction of the second filter press foundation is\nadvancing to plan.\n \n ...
