[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n20 September 2023\n\n\n\n \n \nLords Group Trading plc\n('Lords', the 'Group' or the 'Company')\n \nAward of Options under LTIP and PDMR Dealing\n \nLords, a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, announces that the Group's Remuneration Committee has approved the award of nil cost options over an aggregate of 276,073 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP Award') to Chris Day, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
