Retirement of Valentine Beresford
LondonMetric Property PLC announced the retirement of Investment Director Valentine Beresford at the end of the current financial year. Will Evers, currently Joint Head of Investment since 2024, will become the sole Head of Investment. Beresford was a founding member of Metric Property, which had its IPO in 2010, and has been with the management team for over 30 years, with 13 years at LondonMetric. He will leave the business at the end of the current financial year.\n \nFollowing Valentine's retirement, Will Evers will become sole Head of Investment. Will joined Metric Property in 2010 and has been Joint Head of Investment with Valentine since 2024. He will continue to work alongside Darren Richards, who joined as Chief Investment Officer in January; Mark Stirling, Property Director; and Andrew Smith, Strategy Director.\n \nValentine was one of the original founders of Metric Property which had its IPO in 2010.
