LONDONMETRIC ACQUIRES £89M OF PREMIER INN HOTELS
LondonMetric Property Plc has acquired nine Premier Inn hotels from Whitbread PLC for £89.0 million, representing a net initial yield of 5.3% with CPI-linked rent reviews on new 30-year leases. This transaction generates an annual rent of £5.0 million and increases Whitbread's contribution to LondonMetric's total rent to £11.3 million, making them the fourth largest occupier at 2.7% of total rent.
