London Stock Exchange Group plc announced that Dominic Blakemore will step down as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee following the April 2026 Annual General Meeting, having served since January 2020 and April 2020 respectively. Lloyd Pitchford will succeed Blakemore as Audit Committee Chair, and Martin Brand will also step down as a Non-Executive Director after his tenure since February 2021. [{"type":"text","content":"\n\n4 December 2025\nLSEG Directorate Changes\n \n \nLondon Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) today announces that Dominic Blakemore has confirmed his intention to step down from the Board following LSEG's Annual General Meeting (AGM) in April 2026. He has served as a Non-Executive Director since 1 January 2020 and Chair of the Audit Committee since April 2020.\n \nLloyd Pitchford will succeed Dominic as Chair of the Audit Committee after the conclusion of the AGM in April 2026. Lloyd has been a member of the LSEG Board and the Audit Committee since 30 April 2025 and is also a member of the Risk and Nomination Committees.\n \nMartin Brand has also confirmed that he will step down from the Board following the AGM in April 2026, having served as a Non-Executive Director since February 2021.\n \nDon Robert, Chair, LSEG, said:\n\"I would like to thank Dominic and Martin for their significant contributions during a period of rapid transformation for the Group.
