Accordingly these two trusts are now the ultimate controlling parties of Tristar Fire Corporation and subsequently the ultimate controlling parties of the Company. \nTristar Fire Corporation has a beneficial interest in 2,256,033 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and continues to control EOI Fire SARL, which in turn has a beneficial interest in 9,861,954 Ordinary Shares.
