Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as is practicable. Following this exercise Mr. Mignolet also sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,460.0 pence per share. Following this disposal Mr. Mignolet does not have a beneficial interest in the Company.\n \nThe Company also announces that on 09 June 2011 it purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1,460.0 pence per share.\n \nThe purchase equates to approximately 0.24% of the issued share capital at that time.\n \nFollowing the issue, purchase and subsequent cancellation, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 12,263,373 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
