In connection with commissioning, the Company today closed the previously announced sale of a 35% non-operated working interest in the Pouce Coupe Facility to Topaz Energy Corp. for cash proceeds of\n \n $26.0 million\n \n (the \"\n \n Facility Interest Sale\n \n \"). Proceeds have been used to reduce bank indebtedness.
