Lobe Sciences is looking to take a bite out of a\npsychedelic drug market that is\n \n estimated\nto reach USD$10.35 billion\n \n \n \n by\n2028.\n \n \n Lobe’s\ncurrent focus is on two of its proprietary, patent-pending psilocin\ncompounds, known as L-130 and L-131, which are slated for multiple\nPhase 1 and 2 human trials in 2023.\n \n \n Psilocin is the key for Lobe Sciences\n \n \n Dr. Fred Sancilio of\nClearway Global, which is conducting clinical trials of L-130, says\n“there have been studies of much higher doses of psilocybin, which\nconverts to psilocin in the body, that have showed success in\ntreatment.
