[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Corporate Actions Announcement\n \n \n LIVINGTRUST MORTGAGE BANK PLC hereby announce as follows:\n \n Period Ended\n \n \n 31stDecember 2024\n \n \n \n Proposed Dividend\n \n \n A Final Dividend of 8 kobo for every share of 50 kobo, subject to appropriate withholding\n \n \n tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 3rdday of July, 2025.\n \n \n Proposed Bonus\n \n \n NIL\n \n \n \n Closure of Register\n \n \n \n The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 4th to 8thJuly, 2025.\n \n \n Qualification Date\n \n \n 3rdJuly, 2025\n \n \n \n Payment Date\n \n \n On July 21, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 3rdJuly, 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their\n \n \n Bank accounts.\n \n \n \n E-Dividend Registration\n \n \n Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: https://africaprudential.com/claim-your-dividend-here/, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.\n \n \n Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share\n \n \n Certificates\n \n \n Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised\n \n \n to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.\n \n \n \n Date of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Conference Hall, Laim Hotel,\n Plot B4 & B5, Block 11, Rt.
