[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Osogbo March 24, 2025.\n \n \n ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN- LIVINGTRUST MORTGAGE BANK PLC\n \n \n This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and members of the public, particularly the shareholders of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) that sequel to the nomination of the Osun State Government (a major shareholder of the Bank) and the approval of the appointments of the members of the Board by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.\n \n \n Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun is an accomplished lawyer with over 23 years' experience. Prior to his appointment, he has been the Managing Partner of a successful law firm. He has also served as a cabinet member of the Bayelsa State Government.
