[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Osogbo March 21, 2025.\n \n \n NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS- LIVINGTRUST MORTGAGE BANK PLC\n \n \n This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and members of the public, particularly the shareholders of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) that the Central Bank of Nigeria has approved the appointment of the following new Directors effective March 21, 2025:\n \n 1.\n \n \n Mr. Timothy Gbadeyan\n \n \n -\n \n \n Executive Director\n \n \n 2.\n \n \n Dr. Gbadebo Ayinde\n \n \n -\n \n \n Executive Director\n \n \n 3.\n \n \n Hon. Olusola Ogungbile\n \n \n -\n \n \n Non-Executive Director\n \n \n 4.\n \n \n Mr. Adeola Olajide\n \n \n -\n \n \n Non-Executive Director\n \n \n 5.\n \n \n Mr. Olanrewaju Afolabi\n \n \n -\n \n \n Non-Executive Director\n \n \n 6.\n \n \n Mrs. Adedoyin Amosun\n \n \n -\n \n \n Independent Non-Executive Director\n \n \n 7.\n \n \n Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun\n \n \n -\n \n \n Independent Non-Executive Director\n \n \n 8.\n \n \n Mr. Michael Omolaja\n \n \n -\n \n \n Independent Non-Executive Director\n \n Prior to his appointment, Mr. Timothy Gbadeyan was the Company Secretary/Group Head, Legal and Corporate Strategy. Timothy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Ilorin, after which he attended the Nigerian Law School. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCAM University, Spain. He also holds a PGD in General Administration from Cambridge International Qualifications, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom. He will serve as the Executive Director in charge of Mortgage Services.\n Dr. Gbadebo Ayinde has extensive experiential background in town planning and the built sector. He holds an HND in Town Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Master's Degree from the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He obtained his PhD from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management. Between 2003 and 2007, he served as a Member of the House of Representatives, where he was the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Works.
