Livermore would like to notify the market that the number of shares purchased was incorrectly stated in its announcement of 4 July 2008 and should have read 50,924 ordinary shares and not 100,924.\n\nThe full corrected text of the announcement is detailed below:\n\nLivermore Investments Group Limited ('Livermore' or 'the Company')\n\nTransaction in Own Shares\n \nLivermore announces that, in the week ending 3 July 2008 the Company purchased 50,924 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 26.3 pence per share. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being. \n \nThe Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 281,604,171 and there are\n a total of 11,173,601 ordinary shares held in treasury.
