Livermore Investments Group Limited announced the results of its Annual General Meeting, where all resolutions were passed, excluding Resolution 3, which was withdrawn. The withdrawn resolution concerned the re-election of Mr. Ron Baron, who stepped down from the Board. Resolution 1, approving the annual report, received 123,587,929 votes for and 300 against, with 748 votes withheld, totaling 123,588,229 votes cast. Resolution 2, approving the Remuneration Report, received 123,587,929 votes for and 1,048 against, totaling 123,588,977 votes cast. Resolutions 4 through 7 each received 123,588,677 votes for and 300 against, totaling 123,588,977 votes cast. Resolutions 8 and 9 each received 123,071,728 votes for and 1,448 against, with 515,801 votes withheld, totaling 123,073,176 votes cast.
