It is therefore proposed that the resolution number 5, set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously sent to shareholders, will be withdrawn.\n\nA further general meeting will be convened to allow shareholders to vote on an additional resolution on the dividend and in relation to a scrip dividend alternative.
