Investment update

Further to the Livermore announcement on 30 October 2013, on 26 March 2014 the Group sold 1,974,250 shares in Babylon Ltd, a Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange listed company at an average price of $1.98 per share, and now hold 1,941,036 shares representing approximately 4% of Babylon issued share capital.
